1. the promoter
the promoter of soul club’s HYROX event tickets prize draw (“prize draw”) is: wagamama limited, company number 02605751, registered office address 5-7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“promoter”, “we” or “us”).
2. the prize draw
2.1 the prize draw is open to all registered soul club members aged 16 years or over.
2.2 soul club members can enter the prize draw in the soul club app during the prize draw period (as defined below) for a chance to win one of nine (9) sets of double tickets to selected HYROX events.
2.3 by entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
3. how to enter
3.1 the prize draw will run from 00:00 on 12 october 2026 (“opening date”) to 23:59 on 14 october 2026 (“closing date”) inclusive (“prize draw period”).
3.2 no purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw and the prize draw is free to enter.
3.3 to enter theprize draw, participants must sign up for an account on the soul club app and press the ‘click to enter’ button in the app on the home screen carousel. from there they can select to enter the relevant prize draw for their chosen event location.
3.3 soul club members can enter the prize draw for each event location a maximum of once per location during the prize draw period.
4. eligibility
4.1 subject to condition 4.2 below, the prize draw is open to all registered soul club members aged 16 years or over.
4.2 the prize draw is not open to:
employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of the above.
4.3 in entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. the promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw including proof of age. we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
5. the prize
5.1 1 the prize is one of nine (9) sets of doubles tickets for each of the following HYROX events (the “prize”):
birmingham
hyrox mens doubles - sunday 1st november
hyrox womens doubles - sunday 1st november
hyrox mixed doubles - saturday 31st october
dublin
hyrox mens doubles - sunday 15th november
hyrox womens doubles - sunday 15th november
hyrox mixed doubles - saturday 14th november
london, excel
hyrox mens doubles - sunday 6th november
hyrox womens doubles - sunday 6th november
hyrox mixed doubles - saturday 5th november
6. the winner
6.1 each winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 there is a maximum of one prize per person for the prize draw.
6.3 the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.4 the promoter will contact each winner personally as soon as practical after the closing date of the prize draw, via the soul club app and by email, including instructions to claim and redeem their prize.
6.5 the promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner of the prize draw. if the winner cannot be contacted, or has not responded or claimed their prize within 48 hours of being contacted, the winner will forfeit their right to a prize. the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant randomly selected from the eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
7. claiming the prize
7.1 each winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize.
7.2 the prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 the promoter will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw, including acceptance and use of the prize.
8. limitation of liability
8.1 insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 the promoter does not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the prize, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier including HYROX.
9. ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 all prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the promoter will become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 by submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the prize draw entry with full title guarantee and waive absolutely all moral rights.
10. data protection and publicity
10.1 by entering the prize draw, participants are providing their personal information to the promoter. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk gdpr, the uk data protection act 2018, and applicable laws.
10.2 we are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and country of residence of the winner to anyone who emails soulclub@wagamama.com within one month after the expiry of the prize draw period (as set out above). by entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the disclosure of their surname and country of residence.
11. general
11.1 if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
11.2 the promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 these terms and conditions are governed by english law. if any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the united kingdom.
