A-Level Results Day Giveaway
The A-Level Results Day Giveaway is an opportunity for registered Soul Club app members to get one free side dish* and one free soft drink** or SXOLLIE Granny Smith XIDER can (alcoholic drink subject to age restrictions) at participating wagamama restaurants***, in the UK (excluding Scotland and Northern Ireland)
The full list of participating restaurants is available https://www.wagamama.com/noodle-union (a “Restaurant”) and the A-Level Results Day Giveaway is available between 11:00 GMT and 15:00 GMT on 15th August 2024 (“A-Level Results Day Giveaway Period”)
Participants can enter the A-Level Results Day Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by visiting a participating Restaurant and showing their server their Soul Club membership and A-Level results
Who can enter:
The Giveaway is open to A-Level students who are members of the wagamama Soul Club app. If a participant is not a member of the wagamama Soul Club app, they can register by downloading the Soul Club app via either the Apple store or Google Play. The A-Level Results Day Giveaways are open to students who are to receive their A-Level Results on 15th August 2024 only
Registration is free and open students over the age of eighteen and who will be receiving their results A-Level on 15th August 2024. All participants must be residents in the United Kingdom
wagamama employees, their families or agents, wagamama affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaways
We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter
You must be aged 18 or over to receive an alcoholic drink as part of the A-Level Results Day Giveaway. Our usual terms and conditions apply. Winners may be required to give proof of age to show they are aged 18 years or over before receiving their prize
By entering a Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to a Giveaway. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void
The Rules for entry
Opening hours vary for each Restaurant. You can check the opening times of your local wagamama restaurant at our website: www.wagamama.co.uk
Your entry must be received during the entry periods set out above and we cannot accept responsibility for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete or rendered unrecognisable
You will require access to the internet and must be a Soul Club app member to enter and redeem a prize
You will be required to submit your name, email address, mobile number and postcode to register for a Soul Club account, if you are not already registered. You must also be a resident of the United Kingdom to create a Soul Club account
No purchase is necessary, but you will be asked to provide your name and country of residence as well as valid Student ID and proof that you are a member of Soul Club app
You agree that wagamama may photograph or film you during your attendance or participation in the A-Level Results Day Giveaway August 2024 Giveaway Day (“Recording”) and may use your image, including for promotional, commercial, and internal purposes. You grant wagamama the right to use for the maximum time allowed by applicable law, throughout the world and without any compensation, any Recording of you in any media, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purpose in connection with the promotion of the A-Level Results Day Giveaway Day or future events, in wagamama campaigns or other wagamama promotional activities
Only one entry per person to each Giveaway
Where relevant, Prizes may only be redeemed on dine-in orders (orders for take-out, delivery and click and collect are excluded)
There are no cash alternatives: the Prizes must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability
We reserve the right to substitute the Prizes or any part of a Prize for equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control
We will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaways, including acceptance and use of the Prizes
By entering you agree that anything which you submit, including your name, photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by us for advertising and publicity purposes and in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection. The Winner(s) agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the Giveaways
We may refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at our absolute discretion
We reserve the right to void, amend, suspend or withdraw the Giveaways without prior notice in the event that it becomes necessary to do so
We do not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaways; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the Prizes, or (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control
We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the Giveaways or by your acceptance of a Prize, or any damage to your or another person’s property, computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of either downloading any material relating to the Giveaways or accepting a Prize. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
By entering the Giveaways, entrants are providing their personal information to wagamama. We will at all times process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable laws
We are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and country of the Winners to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month of the expiry of the entry periods (as set out above). By entering the Giveaway the Winners agree to the disclosure of their surname and country of residence
This Giveaway, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Giveaway and/or these terms and conditions
