how to make chicken ramen

step one

make the chicken ramen

  1. in a hot pan add your chicken breasts with a dash of oil + colour on both sides

  2. turn the heat down + place lid on top of the pan until the chicken is cooked all the way through

  3. put 400ml of boiling water into a jug. add your broth paste followed by the wakame + stir

  4. refresh your noodles in boiling water for 20 seconds, drain + then add to your bowls

  5. pour the stock + wakame mix over the noodles

  6. take the chicken off the heat + carve at a 45° angle. fan on top of the noodles + broth

  7. garnish with your seasonal greens + sprinkle sesame seeds all over the dish

  8. enjoy
