how to make cold chicken ramen

step one

make the cold chicken ramen

  1. prepare your ramen broth according to the wagamama chicken ramen kit instructions, then put in the fridge to cool down

  2. cook your noodles according to the kit’s instructions, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process

  3. while your broth is cooling, slice your chicken diagonally into strips, and prepare your veg by thinly slicing your pepper, onions, cucumber + chilli

  4. assemble your refreshing ramen by dividing the noodles between two bowls and topping with your cooked chicken, crunchy peppers, onions and cucumbers as well as your edamame, then pour over the now cooled broth

  5. top with coriander and finely sliced chilli, and drizzle with a bit of chilli oil
