step one

cook the chicken

  1. heat a large pan over medium heat, and add in your oil. once hot, add in the chicken breasts and cook, turning every couple of minutes. once they’re cooked through, glaze with your wagamama teriyaki sauce

how to make the chicken ramen broth

  1. while your chicken is cooking, prepare your stock according to the instructions on the wagamama chicken ramen meal kit, adding soy sauce to taste

assemble the dish

  1. cook your ramen noodles according to the meal kit instructions, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process + set them aside

  2. once your chicken is cooked, add a spoonful or two of the broth to deglaze the pan, then add a lid to let it simmer. remove your chicken, then pour the stock + teriyaki mixture into your broth

  3. slice your cooked chicken and add your noodles into your broth to heat them up, then divide both the noodles and the broth between two bowls

  4. top with your chicken, spring onions + baby spinach and tuck in

our recipe uses chicken breast,but if you prefer you can use boneless chicken thighs instead. to cook either, place a large frying pan or griddle on medium high heat. add a dash of oil and add your chicken, turning every few minutes until fully cooked
