4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head of cauliflower broken in small florets
1 red onion, finely sliced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 wagamama firecracker sauce
1 thumb size piece of ginger
½ bunch coriander
make a wagamama favourite at home. with satisfying crunch and fiery spices, this goes great on the side of stir fries or curries and is completely plant-based. plus, it’s super easy to make and only requires one pan

add the oil to a wok over a high heat. once the oil is hot add your cauliflower + onions, and stir-fry for 5–8 minutes until browned
add the spring onions to the pan, and toss together
stir in the firecracker sauce + simmer to heat through
divide the cauliflower between 2 serving bowls + top with grated fresh ginger + coriander
