The promoter of the wagamama ‘Brunch with GK Barry’ September 2024 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is wagamama Limited (company number 02605751) with its registered address at 5-7 Marshalsea Road, London, England, SE1 1EP (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “wagamama”).
The Giveaway, Prize and How to Enter:
Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (All Members)
The Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway is an opportunity for all registered Soul Club app members to attend the Brunch with GK Barry event at Royal Festival Hall wagamama restaurant on Sunday 29th September 2024 (excluding Northern Ireland).
Participants can enter the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway during the Giveaway Period, which is from Tuesday 17th September to Wednesday 25th September 2024 by signing up to the Soul Club app and joining the waitlist for the event.
On Thursday 26th September 2024, Soul Club members who joined the event’s waiting list will receive an email to their email address with a link to claim a ticket. There will be 70 tickets available. Tickets will be limited to two tickets per person and claimed on a first come first served basis. You can only enter once for the Giveaway.
Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (Level 2 Members)
4. The Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (Level 2 Members) is an opportunity for registered level 2 Soul Club app members to attend the Brunch with GK Barry event at Royal Festival Hall wagamama restaurant on Sunday 29th September 2024 (excluding Northern Ireland).
5. Participants can enter the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (Level 2 Members) during the Giveaway Period, which is from Tuesday 17th September to Friday 20th September 2024 by registering their interest in the event.
6. Between the Tuesday 17th September to Friday 20th September 2024, level 2 Soul Club members have the chance to win a ticket to the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (Level 2 Members) event by registering their interest for the event in the community events module on the rewards tab, which is visible to level 2 members only. There will be 10 tickets available, comprised of 5 winners and 2 tickets per winner. 5 winners will be selected at random on Thursday 26th September 2024. Winners will be contacted via email to their email address, and will have 24 hours, from the time the email was sent, to confirm attendance and name of their guest plus one. If wagamama does not hear back within 24 hours of the email notifying that they are a winner, wagamama has the right to select a new winner.
Brunch with GK Barry event and a meet and greet with Grace Giveaway
7. The Brunch with GK Barry event and meet and greet with Grace Giveaway is an opportunity for registered level 3 Soul Club app members to attend the Brunch with GK Barry event and have a meet and greet with Grace at Royal Festival Hall wagamama restaurant on Sunday 29th September 2024 (excluding Northern Ireland).
8. Participants can enter the Brunch with GK Barry and meet and greet with Grace Giveaway during the Giveaway Period, which is from Tuesday 17th September to Friday 20th September 2024 by registering their interest in the event.
9. Between the Tuesday 17th September to Friday 20th September 2024, level 3 Soul Club members have the chance to win a ticket to the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway event with a meet and greet with Grace, by registering their interest for the event in the community events module on the rewards tab, which is visible to level 3 members only. One winner, winning 2 tickets, will be selected at random on Thursday 26th September 2024.The winner will be contacted via email, and will have 24 hours, from the time the email was sent, to confirm attendance and name of their guest plus one. If wagamama does not hear back within 24 hours of the email notifying that they are a winner, wagamama has the right to select a new winner.
Who can enter:
10. The Giveaway is open to members of the wagamama Soul Club app. If a participant is not a member of the wagamama Soul Club app, they can register by downloading the Soul Club app via either the Apple store or Google Play.
11. Registration is free and open to those over the age of eighteen. All participants must be residents in the United Kingdom.
12. wagamama employees, their families or agents, wagamama affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaways.
13. We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter.
14. You must be aged 18 or over to receive an alcoholic drink as part of the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway. Our usual terms and conditions apply. Winners may be required to give proof of age to show they are aged 18 years or over before receiving their prize.
15. By entering a Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to a Giveaway. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
The Rules for entry
16. Your entry must be received during the entry periods set out above and we cannot accept responsibility for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
17. You will require access to the internet and must be a Soul Club app member to enter and redeem a prize.
18. You will be required to submit your name, email address, mobile number and postcode to register for a Soul Club account, if you are not already registered. You must also be a resident of the United Kingdom to create a Soul Club account.
19. No purchase is necessary, but you will be asked to provide your name and country of residence as well as proof that you are a member of Soul Club app.
20. You agree that wagamama may photograph or film you during your attendance or participation in the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway (“Recording”) and may use your image, including for promotional, commercial, and internal purposes. You grant wagamama the right to use for the maximum time allowed by applicable law, throughout the world and without any compensation, any Recording of you in any media, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purpose in connection with the promotion of the Brunch with GK Barry Giveaway or future events, in wagamama campaigns or other wagamama promotional activities.
21. Only one entry per person for the Giveaway as set out in clause 3.
22. There are no cash alternatives: the Giveaway must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability.
23. We reserve the right to substitute the Giveaway or any part of a Giveaway for equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.

25. We will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaways, including acceptance and use.
26. By entering you agree that anything which you submit, including your name, photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by us for advertising and publicity purposes and in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection. The Winner(s) agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the Giveaways.
27. We may refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at our absolute discretion.
28. We reserve the right to void, amend, suspend or withdraw the Giveaways without prior notice in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.
29. We do not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaways; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the Prizes, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control.
30. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the Giveaways or by your acceptance of a Prize, or any damage to your or another person’s property, computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of either downloading any material relating to the Giveaways or accepting a Prize. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
31. By entering the Giveaways, entrants are providing their personal information to wagamama. We will at all times process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable laws.
32. We are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and country of residence of the Winners to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month of the expiry of the entry periods (as set out above). By entering the Giveaway, the Winners agree to the disclosure of their surname and country of residence.
33. This Giveaway, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Giveaway and/or these terms and conditions.
