mental health swims

dive in to mental health swims

this october we marked the launch of our new menu with our dive in campaign, exploring the parallels between the rejuvenating, energising nature of open water swimming and the restorative feeling of tucking into a steaming bowl at wagamama. celebrating that all important mind + body connection and the power of positive eating + positive living, we are partnering with the uk organisation, mental health swims

dips not distance

a mental health peer support community, mental health swims host free, safe + inclusive swim meet ups in more than 150 locations across the uk, encouraging people to come along for a toe-dip , paddle or swim. focusing on dips, not distance, the group holds space for anyone, no matter their ability, to enjoy the benefits of swimming + companionship

donating funds

with the help of our donation, mental health swims are going to roll out their swim together project. partnering with swim england and everyone active, they are looking to expand their swims into leisure centre pools, holding an inclusive space for people of all accessibility needs to enjoy the benefits of swimming

swim up wagamama

we will be popping up in two mental health swim locations and serving post-swim bowls to warm the souls of both the swim organisers and the people taking part

our swim up wagamama events will pop up in london + brighton, and you can register to attend here |

giving back

to support + celebrate the incredible people working hard to organise mental health swims, we are inviting them to come into our restaurants for a warming meal on us. and we’ll also be dropping in on some of the meet ups to bring our bowls to the people taking part, providing them with fuel for their open water dips
