all roads in central london are likely to be closed by the police from 4pm and will not be reopened until the early hours (circa 4am). therefore, guests are advised to make travel arrangements via other methods
for convenience, guests are strongly advised to use public transport. the best tube station is southwark station on the jubilee line. victoria embankment should not be used as there are also pedestrian travel restrictions and blockades in place
it is guests’ responsibility to check the up-to-date travel information on www.visitlondon.com or www.tfl.gov.uk and make appropriate travel arrangements
southbank centre and its restaurant partners will not accept responsibility for late arrivals and lost tickets, and regret that no refunds for unused tickets will be given
guests are strongly advised to arrive no later than 7pm before closure points are put in place by the fireworks event stewards. to arrive at this time, guests should start queuing from at least 6pm
you will need to use your wristband AND your wagamama eventbrite confirmation to gain access to the southbank - where the restaurant is located - on the day of the event. you cannot only use your eventbrite confirmation to gain entry.
every person in your party needs to have a copy of an eventbrite ticket PLUS a southbank access wristband, so please ensure you pass these on to your guests
to access the southbank, you need to use the entrance (‘E’) on the 'restaurant route map above, at the junction of Stamford Street and Cornwall Road. from 5pm, we recommend you arrive via Southwark Station, turn left out of the station on to Blackfriars Road then left onto Stamford Street. If you are arriving at Waterloo station after 5pm, you will need to head towards The Cut and turn left at Southwark Station. To reduce disruption to your journey, avoid crossing Westminster, Golden Jubilee, and Waterloo bridges. These areas will also become extremely busy between 7pm – 10pm
at the gate designated for restaurant guests (again, see map) you should show your southbank access wristband AND your wagamama eventbrite booking confirmation. be aware that the restaurant will be closed from 2pm and only re-opened for ticket holders from 7pm, so early access will not be possible and the above steps must be followed.
restaurant guests may have access to wagamama's outside area to watch the mayor’s fireworks.
in certain situations, for example, in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the fireworks event safety team reserve the right to remove this permission, so note that this cannot be guaranteed
