The Giveaway and how to enter:
The Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway is an opportunity for registered Soul Club members to win a free Yaki Soba on Friday 27 September 2024 at all participating Restaurants during the relevant Restaurant opening hours (“Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway”).
Participants can enter the Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway on 27 September 2024, from the time the restaurant opens, to 13:00 GMT (“Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway Day”). Participants should visit a Restaurant and present their University Student ID or Apprenticeship ID, alongside proof that they are a member of Soul Club.

Only one Prize may be redeemed on a single visit to a Restaurant.
Who can enter:
5. The Giveaway is open to students with a valid University student identification card (“Student ID”) and apprentices with proof of their apprenticeship status (“Apprenticeship ID”) who are members of Soul Club. If a participant is not a member of Soul Club, they can register by downloading the Soul Club app via either the Apple store or Google Play.
6. Registration is free and open to both university students over the age of eighteen and apprentices. All participants must be residents in the United Kingdom.
7. wagamama employees, their families, or agents, wagamama affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaways.
8. We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter.
9. Our usual terms and conditions apply. Winners may be required to give proof of age to show they are aged 18 years or over before receiving their prize.
10. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to a Giveaway. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
Prizes
Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway
11. If your Student ID or proof of apprenticeship, and Soul Club Union membership are valid, and you are amongst the first 50 University students or apprentices to enter a Restaurant on Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway Day, you will be given a prize voucher (the “Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Winners”). The order of arrival of the entrants will be determined by a queue system within each Restaurant. On entry to the Restaurant, you will be asked to join a line. You will then be asked to present your Student ID or Apprenticeship ID, and proof of membership of Soul Club. If you cannot present valid Student ID or Apprenticeship ID, and proof of Soul Club membership, you will not be given a prize voucher. wagamama’s decision in relation to the queue order, validity of Student ID or Apprenticeship ID, validity of Soul Club membership, and the award of a prize voucher is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
12. Each prize voucher enables one Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Winner to order one of the following:
• Chicken + Prawn Yaki Soba
• Yasai Yaki Soba | mushroom (v)
• Yasai Yaki Soba | mushroom with udon noodles (vg)
• Yasai Yaki Soba | mushroom with rice noodles (vg)

14. Your entry must be received during the entry periods set out above and we cannot accept responsibility for any entries which are late, lost, or incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
15. You will require access to the internet and must be a Soul Club member to enter and redeem a prize.
16. You will be required to submit your name, email address, date of birth, and postcode to register for a Soul Club account, if you are not already registered. You must also be a resident of the United Kingdom to create a Soul Club account.
17. No purchase is necessary, but you will be asked to provide your name and country of residence as well as valid Student ID or Apprenticeship ID, and proof that you are a member of the Soul Club.
18. You agree that wagamama may photograph or film you during your attendance or participation in the Yaki Soba Student Social September 2024 Giveaway Day (“Recording”) and may use your image, including for promotional, commercial, and internal purposes. You grant wagamama the right to use for the maximum time allowed by applicable law, throughout the world and without any compensation, any Recording of you in any media, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purpose in connection with the promotion of the Yaki Soba Student Social Giveaway Day or future events, in wagamama campaigns or other wagamama promotional activities.
19. Only one entry per person for the Giveaway.
20. Prizes may only be redeemed on dine-in orders (orders for take-out, delivery and click and collect are excluded).
21. There are no cash alternatives: the Prizes must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability.
22. We reserve the right to substitute the Prizes or any part of a Prize for equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
23. We will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaways, including acceptance and use of the Prizes.
24. By entering you agree that anything which you submit, including your name, photograph, image, likeness, and voice may be used by us for advertising and publicity purposes and in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection. The Winner(s) agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the Giveaways.
25. We may refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at our absolute discretion.
26. We reserve the right to void, amend, suspend, or withdraw the Giveaways without prior notice in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.
27. We do not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaways; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the Prizes, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control.
28. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the Giveaways or by your acceptance of a Prize, or any damage to your or another person’s property, computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of either downloading any material relating to the Giveaways or accepting a Prize. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
29. By entering the Giveaway, entrants are providing their personal information to wagamama. We will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable laws.
30. We are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and country of the Winners to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month of the expiry of the entry periods (as set out above). By entering the Giveaway, the Winners agree to the disclosure of their surname and country of residence.
31. This Giveaway, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Giveaway and/or these terms and conditions.
